Joel Andersen, President

Joel Andersen is a seasoned executive with noted expertise in healthcare technology and managed care. He recently served as chief marketing officer of EGHC. Prior that that position, Mr. Andersen served as vice president of marketing and business development at e-MDs, a national EMR and practice management software vendor. Prior to e-MDs, he held a variety of management positions with several healthcare technology companies, including Trizetto, VantageMed, and Mariner Systems. Mr. Andersen received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Denver.

Subbarao (Subba) Siddabattula, Founder, CTO and GM of India Operations

Subbarao Siddabattula has over 12 years of experience in the computer software industry, including complete life cycle development of products, ranging from enterprise applications to state of the art healthcare systems for physician offices. During the last seven years, Mr. Siddabattula has designed, architected, and developed commercially available EMR and PM systems. He has extensive knowledge of the clinical, financial, and workflow aspects of physician practices. Subba has also worked with various companies to setup offshore development as well as Business Process Management services. Mr. Siddabattula holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Physics, MBA, and an advanced degree in Accounting.

Sam Gallant, Executive VP, Information Systems

Sam Gallant has held various positions in systems management, security, and project management in the past nine years. Prior to this role as a vice president of Information Systems, he held various senior executive positions, including manager of Network Operations and director of Information Technology at ClearPractice. Prior to that, Sam served in both management and project management roles at Express Scripts, a large Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) based in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Gallant received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing from Western Illinois University.

Simon Lee, Vice President, Sales

Simon Lee is an accomplished senior-level executive with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing leadership. Most recently, he was a senior partner at Millennium Informatics, a healthcare information technology consulting firm focused on large scale implementations of health information exchange (HIE), practice management (PM) solutions, and electronic health records (EHR). He also acted as a principal consultant to physicians regarding their IT needs and training and implementation of software applications. Prior to Millennium he held several senior level sales and marketing positions at iSALUS Healthcare, Prime Clinical Systems, Healthtrio, and Mariner Systems. Lee immigrated to the United States from the United Kingdom following a successful career in the British Royal Navy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technologies.
